Drinks - Pool - Good Times
On October 1st, 2024 Terry & Donna Thames, Dave & Suzelle Burch, and Kurt & Kaylene Schultz took over ownership of the Imperial Club of Ashton. The crew set to work breathing new life into the dive bar by remodeling the bathrooms, building beautiful new tables, slapping on a fresh coat of paint, and creating a great new vibe. Don’t worry - it’s still got the dive bar feel, minus the irritable cigarette smoke (now non-smoking)! They havn't forgot about the smokers - they built a heated "butt hut" in the back to accomodate you in comfort.
They’ve also curated a ton of fun events, rocking bands, and activities and games to make nights in Ashton a little funner. Check out some of the upcoming events this month on our Facebook page.

The new owners of the Imperial Club helped breathe new life into the American Dog Derby planning committee by suggesting that the Derby be held in Ashton and that the track run down Main Street towards the east as it did traditionally. Terry also helped bring on Watkins Distributing as a major event sponsor who printed the race booklet and track banners, not to mention donate cash. The Imp rounded up a ton of voluntary heavy machine operators to build and tear down the track in record time. The only problem with their amazing contribution to this fantastic event is that they will have to do it again next year! The Imp truly set the bar high with their out-of-the-box thinking and dedication to this historic event.
A big thanks to former owners Jan & Bill for their MANY years of excellent service and for working closely with the new ownership to make this all happen and keep the Imperial Club locally owned. We wish them all the best!
